We begin each project with the objective

In order to achieve this goal – a Project Manager (PM) is assigned to
each client and / or project to assure that the highest quality
services are delivered on time and within budget. Our project managers
are focused on serving you and responding to your needs and
expectations.
Each client has unique needs and each project brings unique
challenges. The PM is accountable and responsible for managing these
challenges and for developing positive relationships and
communications with the client’s project team and the Compliance Team
members assigned to each project. Our process for managing projects
optimizes team communications and team performance through on-going
assessment and measurement of performance against schedule and budget
expectations. Our project tracking tools help maintain continuous
communication with the client’s team, our team members, and Compliance
Team management.
In addition to the Project Manager, all
active projects include the non-billed oversight and involvement of
one of Compliance Team’s Account Managers. This organization structure
for project management is critical to our success with our clients.
